Donations & Sponsorships

As a community partner, it is Red Hawk Casino’s goal to assist in providing a better quality of life for those in and around our community. In an effort to better serve your request, submit your request to determine eligibility. Those inquiries that meet Red Hawk Casino’s sponsorship/donation criteria will be evaluated by the Donation Committee. All requests must be submitted 60 days in advance to be eligible for consideration.

Guidelines for Sponsorship

Red Hawk Casino is committed to supporting local community and regional organizations. Sponsorships will be reviewed individually. Primary consideration will be given to local, marketing related sponsorship opportunities. Please note that approved sponsorship does not necessarily guarantee future support. Please review the guidelines carefully to ensure your request meets our requirements prior to submission. Proposals that do not contain all of the required information shall not be reviewed. If you believe any of the information required in the application is not relevant to your organization, please briefly explain why.

Request must include:

• Contact name, phone number and email
• Organization
• Event Date
• Non-Profit Tax ID
• Address
• Description of event and how donation will be used

Request can be submitted by mail, email or fax.
