Red Hawk Casino Delays Opening to June 8

Placerville, Calif. (Thursday, May 21, 2020) The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians tribal leadership and gaming management team have decided to postpone the reopening of Red Hawk Casino until Monday, June 8 at 2pm. 

 

The Tribe made this decision based on the latest and updated public health information, and to ensure the safest possible environment for its employees and guests.  The Tribe is implementing the below protective guidelines

Red Hawk Casino Re-Opening June 8

You can still access your account information by clicking here and creating an online account.  The information you enter must match the information on your Red Hawk Rewards Club account in order to create an account.  If you encounter issues creating an account, please email info@redhawkcasino.com, include your name, players card number and current mailing address and the casino will respond with the most efficient way to get you tax information.

We will extend the expiration date six months for any slot machine voucher expiring in March or April 2020.  Vouchers can be redeemed at the casino cage upon reopening.

All offers during the temporary closure have been cancelled.  We will be sending new offers upon reopening based on your previous gaming activity and gift giveaways scheduled during the temporary closure will be rescheduled in the coming months.

If your birthday or Rewards Club anniversary date was during our temporary closure, you will be eligible to pick up your gift upon reopening of the casino, through October 2020.

You will resume receiving Red Hawk Casino offers and invitations upon reopening of the casino. You will be able to keep your current tier status for an additional amount of time, depending upon the length of the temporary closure. Points that were accumulated prior to the temporary closure can be redeemed as usual.  Point balances will remain on your account for your use upon reopening.

During this temporary closure, Red Hawk Casino has deep cleaned and sanitized all areas of operation including the casino floor gaming machines and tables, all table chips, restaurant dining rooms and kitchens, elevators and escalators, as well as, back offices and work stations.
