    As part of the Red Hawk Casino opening team in 2008, Melody began as the Marketing Operations Manager. Her focus has always been on guest service. She has been responsible for operation of the Call Center, Guest Service Programs, Players Club, and most recently Player Development. With over 25 years of management and guest service experience in the fields of financial services, travel, restaurant and insurance industries, Melody is pleased to be able to offer her talents to the guests of Red Hawk Casino as the Manager of the Player Development and VIP Services team. Her passion for people and guest satisfaction makes her the ideal fit for Red Hawk Casino.

    LT joined Red Hawk Casino in 2008 as part of the opening team in the role of Slot Shift Manager. Previous to joining Red Hawk Casino, LT resided in New Orleans where he held various positions at Harrah’s New Orleans Casino, which included Rewards Manager and Executive Casino Host. With his outgoing personality, professionalism and attention to detail he is a natural in the role of Executive Casino Host. LT has over eighteen years of Casino guest service and event planning experience which makes him a master of servicing and developing guest relationships. Lawrence originates from Sacramento California where he attended Christian Brothers High School. Lawrence attended WSU.

    Khanh Van “Kay” Castellon was born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam. She comes to Red Hawk Casino from Harrah’s Grand Casino, Hotel and Spa Resort in Mississippi where she worked as Asian Executive Host for four years. Her pleasant demeanor and natural compassion for each and every guest allows her to excel in the role of Executive Casino Host at Red Hawk Casino. Kay has broad experience including Secretary at The Norwegian Embassy and as Deputy Director of Hotel Operation, both in Hanoi. Kay speaks English and Vietnamese, along with some Mandarin and Norwegian.

    Cindy began her career at Red Hawk Casino as a Players Club Representative. After a year of providing outstanding customer service she has been promoted to Casino Host. She speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese and is currently attending California State University of Sacramento pursuing a degree in Biomedical Science. She is one of the youngest Casino Hosts, but is innovative in her approach to providing the very best guest service to all customers at Red Hawk Casino.

    Joy joined the Red Hawk team in October 2010 in the role of Players Club Representative. With the desire to advance and learn the casino industry she set a goal to become a Casino Host and within one year she has accomplished that goal. Her welcoming demeanor and outgoing personality combined with her previous experience in management of teams in the telemarketing, auto and real estate fields allow her to successfully interact with a variety of guests on a daily basis. Joy is fluent in English and Korean.

    Stella has been with Red Hawk Casino for over 2 years in the roles of Rewards Club Representative, Promotions Coordinator and now as Casino Host. Stella is a master networker and is very active in the Folsom community. She is passionate about bringing in new guests as well as ensuring that our frequent guests are well taken care of. Stella moved to Folsom from the bay area 15 years ago where she has continued her success in direct sales, business management and client retention. Her enthusiasm and creativity make her a natural in the role of Casino Host. Stella is fluent in English and Spanish.

    Lynn has been with Red Hawk Casino since January of 2010. She excelled in the role of Rewards Club Representative and has celebrated two promotions; Rewards Club Supervisor, and now Casino Host. Her vibrant smile and welcoming personality make her one of our guest's favorite team members. Lynn’s career prior to Red Haw Casino was also in the guest service industry as a manager of multiple medical facilities. Lynn takes great pride in exceeding guest expectations, planning events, and keeping all guests well informed about the many amenities offered at Red Hawk Casino. She is a welcome addition to the Player Development team. Lynn is fluent in English and Spanish.

    Gloria is a Red Hawk Casino opening team member and has been successful in three previous positions; Call Center, Rewards Club and Motor Coach Sales Representative. Gloria is very excited about her new role as Casino Host. Before joining Red Hawk Casino Gloria was a licensed insurance agent and trainer which affords her the ability to successfully manage large customer data bases, sales, renewals, customer retention and superior guest service. The combination of her current experience at Red Hawk Casino and her previous sales and management experience is an asset to our guests and team members alike. Gloria is fluent in English and Spanish.
