Melody has been part of the Red Hawk Team since opening in 2008. She has over 25 years of management and guest service experience and a passion for people. Melody is a strong leader and is passionate about developing her team of exceptional hosts. Her host team works seamlessly together to provide the highest level of customer service. Her previous Red Hawk roles include managing the Call Center, Guest Service programs and Players Club.
Melody enjoys cooking, entertaining, wine tasting and travelling and enjoys spending time with her husband, extended family and four beloved cats – Cello, Tenor, Trio and Blues.
